After logging into your account on HelloPappy.com, you can manage all the created listings.

Next to each announcement, there is the button "Edit"which opens the publishing form with the already completed data.

After modifying the information and saving it, the announcement will go through the manual verification process again before being republished.


2. How can I delete an ad?

Announcements can be deleted directly from the personal account using the option "Delete ad"available next to each ad.

Deleting is permanent, and the ad cannot be recovered after the action is confirmed.


3. How are the ads validated on the platform?

All the announcements published on HelloPappy.com are manually verified by our team.

The moderation process plays a role in maintaining the quality of content and preventing the publication of incomplete information or information that violates the platform's rules.

After validation, the announcement becomes public.


4. Why can an advertisement be considered a duplicate?

To avoid repetitive content, posting multiple ads with identical or very similar text may be marked as duplicate.

In this case, the most recently created announcement will be displayed.


5. How many photos can I add to a listing?

The number of allowed photos may vary depending on the category, but it is limited to ensure platform performance and fast page loading.

The publication form indicates exactly the available limit for the selected category.


6. How can I contact another user?

You can contact a user in two ways:

  • Through the platform's internal messaging system, by accessing the desired listing.

  • Through the phone number displayed in the details of the ad, if the user has chosen to make it public.

For safety and efficient communication, we recommend using the platform's integrated functions.


7. What is the TopUp (ad boost) function?

The function TopUpallows the promotion of your ad by moving it to the top positions of the lists.

After activation, the ad will be repositioned to be more visible to other users.

TopUp is useful for:

  • Increasing ad exposure

  • Quickly attracting interested people

  • Promoting existing ads without creating new ones.


8. How can I delete my account?

You can request account deletion from the section Account settings→ Account deletionon HelloPappy.com.

After confirmation:

  • The account will be deactivated.

  • Personal data will be removed in accordance with the platform's policy.

  • Account-associated ads can be permanently deleted.

The deletion of the account is permanent and cannot be undone.
